Social Care Wales is seeking an exceptional individual to lead the organisation in the next phase of its evolution as a trusted and valued source of national leadership and expertise for social care and early years in Wales.
Joining a motivated and highly skilled team, you'll lead the organisation’s work in regulating and developing the social care and early years workforce in Wales, driving service improvement, and championing cutting-edge research to continuously raise standards.

- experience of working in a senior position in a social care, early years or comparable environment;
- experience of leading a publicly accountable organisation;
- the ability to provide leadership at a systems level.
