As HCC embark on a new chapter, they’re looking for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead them into their next phase of development within a dynamic and evolving industry.
As the new CEO, you will take ownership of delivering the final stages of HCC’s Vision 25 strategy before crafting a new vision for HCC; one that not only drives sustainable growth but also positions the organisation as a role model of excellence within the sector from 2026 and beyond. You will inspire a team who live and breathe this sector to follow that vision.
Through visionary leadership, you will role model a direct focus on sustainability, you will influence and guide the team to deliver strategic opportunities to optimise develop, secure and enhance existing and new international markets by working closely with government agencies and processors. You will nurture a positive, future-focused culture that encourages continuous development and innovation, creating a workplace where employees and stakeholders alike feel valued and empowered.
